Teatown Lake Preservation in Ossining is getting bigger.
The Open Space Institute of New York donated 40 acres of land to the nature preserve.
It'll be known as the Overlook Parcel and is protected so nothing can be built or demolished in the area.
Teatown is listed as one of the top places to hike in the region, with more than 15 miles of trails.
