A 3-year-old is proving to be some tough competition for one of Rockland County’s finest.
An adorable video has surfaced of a little cutie challenging a Suffern police officer to a push-up competition.
Officer Billy Osborne was no match for 3-year-old Carter.
The challenge happened at this weekend’s Suffern Street Fair.
