A third lawsuit has been filed by a former White Plains School District employee who claims he was sexually abused by former Superintendent Jerry Marcus.

Alan Ziaman filed his lawsuit in state Supreme Court in Westchester under the Adult Survivors Act.

It also names the district and the Board of Education.

Ziaman says the alleged abuse occurred in 1982 and 1983 while he was a teacher.

He says he was abused by Marcus six times, including once at the superintendent's home in Connecticut.

Marcus died in 2020.
