A 3-year-old Bronx boy was left on a school bus Thursday for six hours.
Police say the boy, who has autism, was simply overlooked when his classmates got off the bus Thursday morning. The boy?s parents are both outraged.
The driver of the bus, Terry Tocker from the Bronx, and the matron of the bus, Charlene Powell from Brooklyn, have both been arrested and charged with reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child and endangering an incompetent person.
