A Yonkers family is hailing authorities after three alleged gang members were indicted for the December shooting death of Tyrone Arthur.
Authorities say Arthur, a 38-year-old teacher's aide at the Westchester School for Special Children, was caught in an encounter between two rival gangs.
Federal investigators arrested three men, all alleged gang members: James Johnson, Da-Quan Johnson and Kenneth Moore.
Annette Arthur, the victim's mother, says her son will live on in others because he was an organ donor.
