A second suspect has been charged in the murder of a day laborer in Mount Kisco.
Milton Ventura, of Mount Kisco, was arraigned on a manslaughter charge in the death of Jose Sanchez.
Freddy Coronado-Mendez was captured in New Jersey Tuesday and is also charged in the killing of Sanchez.
Mount Kisco police say the pair beat the homeless man on Sunday in the woods on Lieto Drive. The victim's body was found the next day by a relative.
Police say all three men were day laborers and knew each other. Authorities say alcohol was involved, but the motive behind the killing remains uncertain.
Ventura is being held without bail.
