A deadly state trooper-involved shooting investigation is underway in Moonachie, according to the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.

The shooting happened around 5:15 p.m. Wednesday on Gotham Parkway near West Commercial Avenue.

Details about what led to the shooting were not immediately made available. But the investigation appears to center around an SUV inside the industrial park.
