Woman accused of attempted attack on CT State Capitol Police officer
They say Tiera Latimer approached an officer inside his car with a knife and tried to stab him through the window.

Police say a 34-year-old woman is facing multiple charges for an attempted attack on a Connecticut State Capitol Police officer.
It happened on Wednesday morning on Armory Road in Hartford.

They say Tiera Latimer approached an officer inside his car with a knife and tried to stab him through the window. She also tried to steal the patrol car, according to police.

Latimer stabbed at the window until the knife broke and repeatedly screamed, "Kill me," according to police.
Officers used a taser to take her into custody.
The officer didn't sustain any injuries.
Latimer is facing multiple charges, including criminal attempt of assault of a public safety officer, criminal mischief and criminal attempt of larceny.
