A section of the Saw Mill Parkway is open again after a possible fatal construction worker accident.
Reports of the incident first came in just before 10:30 last night. It happened at the Exit 26 interchange in Hawthorne.
There has been recent overnight work in that area.
The accident forced the closure of the northbound ramp to the Taconic Parkway. The southbound lanes of the Saw Mill were also closed, diverting traffic to the southbound Sprain Brook Parkway.
County police say those closures were reopened around 3:45 this morning.
No word yet on the details of that construction accident.
