Power outages continue across the Hudson Valley over 14,000 customers remain without electricity this morning while utility crews continue repairing damage caused by this weekend’s storms.

In Hastings-on-Hudson, crews were working near Ravensdale Road and Kent Avenue, where downed trees and storm debris littered the area.

Several residents said they were still waiting for the lights to come back on.

“Probably going to throw out everything in the fridge, all of the Fourth of July stuff that’s left over,” said Hastings-on-Hudson resident James Perry.

“I’m going to use the Wi-Fi hotspot on my phone to do whatever I can for the time being.”
