Bus driver, several others taken to hospital after Bee-Line crash in Greenburgh

A Bee-Line bus was involved in a crash in Greenburgh after it was rear-ended.

The accident happened around 9:15 a.m. on Dobbs Ferry Road.

Authorities say the bus was struck from behind by another vehicle.

A passenger in the car was not injured.

Police say the bus driver and at least seven others were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

It was not immediately clear what caused the crash.

Police remained on scene as of Friday morning. Transit officials were expected to inspect the bus.
