The Onion announces they have a deal to take over Infowars

The deal could help repay the billion dollars Jones owes to the families of the Sandy Hook shooting victims. In 2022, Jones was found liable for defamation for repeatedly saying that the 2012 shooting was hoax. Jones has yet to pay the billion dollars in damages he owes. As a result, his assets were put for sale.
