Fire crews responded to an early-morning fire at BB & GG Farmstand on Tuesday.
The St. James Fire Department was dispatched around 4:50 a.m. for a reported brush fire. Upon arrival, Assistant Chief Keegan found a fully involved greenhouse, along with a tractor trailer and several chicken coops.
Thanks to the coordinated response from neighboring departments, the fire was brought under control without further escalation.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
