If you're looking for a new best friend to join you on trips to your favorite coffee shop or walks in the park, Livy is the dog for you.

The 2-year-old shepherd mix thrives on interacting with people.

“This sweet, friendly girl has become a favorite among St. Hubert’s volunteers thanks to her gentle, easygoing personality and playful spirit,” said Diane Ashton of St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center.

Livy does very well walking on a leash and loves playing fetch — especially when squeaky toys are involved.

Ashton says Livy would do well in a home where she's the only pet, since she tends to get nervous around other dogs. She would also love to be with an active, energetic family.
