All NYC Ferry services were suspended until further notice due to “heavy ice accumulation” on the East and Hudson rivers.

“Riders are advised that this closure may last for several days,” the ferry announced on its website. “NYC Ferry crew will continue to monitor evolving waterway conditions and prepare the fleet to ensure service can resume once conditions improve. We will provide ongoing updates regarding resumption of service as soon as it is safely possible to do so.”

NY Waterway also announced delays "due to heavy ice on the river" and apologized for the inconvenience.
