A Monsey man is facing charges after allegedly driving drunk with three children in the car during a late-night traffic stop.
State police say Robens Altidor, 36, was pulled over for speeding on I-87 in Clarkstown around midnight Saturday.
Troopers said he appeared intoxicated, failed sobriety tests and had a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit.
Police said the children in the car were 16, 11 and 4 years old. They were released to another adult.
