YouTube star Jake Paul rents Massaro House on Petra Island in Lake Mahopac

Jake Paul, a famous YouTuber and boxer, is putting Mahopac on the map.
He's staying at the Massaro House on Petra Island, according to owner Donna Massaro.
Massaro said the influencer is scheduled to stay at her family's home through Sunday to create content and do promotional work for Wander, a luxury vacation rental company.
She caught up with News 12 crews to react to the star-studded visit.
"He's been helicoptered in, he's been police-escorted across the lake, all at no-cost to taxpayers, he made a beautiful donation to the firehouse... He's being really wonderful, I know he's a controversial guy, but he seems like he's just a sweetheart," Massaro said.
