Wake services held for FDNY 9/11 first responder Kevin Robert Kelly
Visitation is taking place today at the Massapequa Funeral Home South Chapel from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and then again from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Wake and funeral services were held Sunday for a firefighter who died of a 9/11-related illness.
Kevin Robert Kelly was a union delegate who drove a firetruck on Sept. 11, 2001. He experienced multiple battles with cancer up until his death on July 28.
Visitation took place at the Massapequa Funeral Home South Chapel.
His funeral is scheduled for Monday at 10:45 a.m. at the St. William the Abbot RC Church in Seaford.
