Several Middletown residents at the Mulberry-House Senior Center have been wearing masks, and staff are keeping doors and windows closed.
The maintenance manager says he's been paying special attention to make sure the center is safe."That's what we normally do. On a good day, we open the door, get the air flowing back and forth for the seniors. But today is not a good day, as you can see. My nose is itching now, and we just came from outside,” said Eugene Rolack, the maintenance manager at Mulberry Street Senior Center.
Many seniors tell News 12 they feel the symptoms come on -- the moment they get a whiff of the air.
