MTA police say a suspect is wanted for shooting a man in a Mount Vernon East station parking lot.

An MTA spokesperson says police responded to the station’s south parking lot Saturday at around 11:45 p.m.

An investigation revealed that a man in the area had been shot. The victim was taken to Mount Vernon Hospital to be treated for multiple gunshot wounds, according to authorities.
