Key witness takes stand in Ramapo town supervisor’s corruption trial

A key witness took the stand Monday in the federal corruption trial of Ramapo Town Supervisor Christopher St. Lawrence. The federal government claims St. Lawrence lied to investors and taxpayers and cooked the books in order to get favorable bond rates to build a baseball stadium.
