News 12 is told the certificate of occupancy for the physical working area of the unauthorized "massage parlor" is now temporarily revoked for the business at 1924 Commerce St.
The department notes says while two people have been arrested, they're also being treated as victims. They released a statement, saying in part, "We are ever mindful of the potential human trafficking element associated with situations like these."
At this time, police say they're in touch with or attempted to contact the Westchester County District Attorney's Office, the FBI and My Sister's Place, which strives to end domestic violence and human trafficking.
