Each New Year's Day, News 12 waits for word of the first baby born in the Hudson Valley.
The first baby born in the area was at New York-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital in Westchester.
The baby boy was born at 1:05 a.m.
Siena Herrera was also born at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt. Kisco at 2:19 a.m.  She weighed in at 7 pounds, 3 ounces and measured 20 inches.
