A 17-year-old has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly shooting another teen last week.
According to police, Joseph Devante had gotten into an argument with the victim outside a home on East 225th Street.
The victim was shot in the arm, and is expected to recover.
Devante is being held on $250,000 bail.
