Sixteen people were busted in a prostitution sweep in downtown Middletown this past weekend.
Police say 13 men, mainly from Middletown and Wallkill, were arrested for the misdemeanor charge of patronizing a prostitute.
They say three women, all from Middletown, were arrested and charged with prostitution.
Police tell News 12 the crackdown is continuing and more arrests could be on the way.
