15th annual Yonkers Idol, Yonkers Junior Idol competition to kick off Saturday
People who want to audition must be between the ages of 15-19 years old to qualify for Yonkers Idol or must be between the ages of 10-14 years of age to qualify for Yonkers Junior Idol.

The 15th annual Yonkers Idol and Yonkers Junior Idol singing competition will kick off on Saturday.
It will be held at Lincoln High School.
People who want to audition must be between the ages of 15-19 years old to qualify for Yonkers Idol or must be between the ages of 10-14 years of age to qualify for Yonkers Junior Idol.
The winners will hold the title for a year and win $1,000.
It also provides performance opportunities for various City of Yonkers ceremonies and events.
