yesterdayFour people now facing charges in Westchester after a stolen car chase took police down the Hutchinson River Parkway and into Mount Vernon.
Police say the driver was just 14 years old.
County Police say a stolen BMW was on the parkway when it was spotted by an officer.
After a short chase, police say the people in the car eventually got out and ran.
One person was caught in the woods off the Hutch, and three others were caught on the streets in Mount Vernon.
