A 107-year-old woman from Greenwood Lake is now fully protected against the coronavirus.
Sophia Bott got a house call yesterday from Orange County Health Commissioner Dr. Irina Gelman, who administered the Johnson and Johnson vaccine.
Bott will turn 108 on May 8. She survived the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic as a child.
Gelman did the same for other homebound seniors across Orange County yesterday.
