Visitation policies are now eased at a Hudson Valley hospital.
Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie says one person is now allowed to be in the emergency department with a loved one at a time, as long as they are not suspected to have COVID-19.
Also, the visitor cannot change.
According to the hospital, the decision comes as COVID-19 cases in the area are declining.
