A Turn To Tara investigation has revealed that a popular production company with A-list clients may be operating illegally in Rockland County.

Dynamic Productions is a one-stop shop event management company, with impressive clients including the Food Network, Audi, YouTube and Google, according to its website.
Orangetown Supervisor Chris Day spoke to News 12 about documents that show that the company has been issued numerous violations, including for uninspected fire sprinklers and blocked exits. It also appears to be operating without a certificate of occupancy.
News 12 spoke with Michael Klein, the town attorney for Ramapo, about the company’s paperwork lapse. Klein also represents Dynamic Productions.
He said his clients moved in only a few months ago and that the company housed there before, Chromalloy, was granted the same use as a production warehouse. Klein added that the company has until next Tuesday to submit a new site plan and it plans on complying.
