A man was fatally shot in the Bronx Wednesday night.

Police say the 52-year-old victim was shot along Sheridan Avenue and Mount Eden Parkway.

News 12 is told the victim was found at BronxCare Medical Center, which is right across the street from where he was shot. It’s possible the victim ran right into the hospital.

News 12 is told the 52-year-old man died from a gunshot wound to the torso at the hospital.

At this time detectives are looking for the gunman, hoping to find out what lead up to the victim’s final moments.
