The Price is Right game show has suspended taping following the death of host Drew Carey's ex-fiancée.

According to police, Dr. Amie Harwick was killed by an ex-boyfriend who pushed her off a third-story balcony.

Police say Harwick's body was found over the weekend. Her ex-boyfriend has been charged with murder and is out of jail this morning after posting a $2 million bond.

Harwick recently told friends she was scared of him and had a restraining order against him. It expired two weeks before her death.

Talk show host and New Jersey native, Wendy Williams, is facing backlash after she appeared to mock Dr. Harwick's death on the show.

"She was killed, not by Drew, but by the ex," Williams began.

She then used the Price is Right catchphrase, "Come on down," before turning her head as though to follow someone falling out of a building.

The audience was mostly silent and not laughing at the joke, and many viewers took to social media to condemn what she said.

Carey also reacted to his former fiancée’s death.

He shared a change.org petition Tuesday in Harwick's name on Twitter, along with the hashtag JusticeforAmie.

The petition calls for longer timeframes on restraining orders and a registry for domestic violence perpetrators and stalkers. It already has thousands of signatures.
