‘Paws Crossed’ finds homes for four-legged friends

Posted: Updated:

New homes for four-legged friends! That was the goal for the fourth annual "Paws Crossed" day in Elmsford.

The free event invited families to enjoy food, vendors and even adopt a new best friend.

"Paws Crossed" says it wanted to bring the community together to celebrate the fourth anniversary of the organization's grand opening. "It's really just a thank you for everything that they've done to support us over the years and also to get some of our pets into homes," says Paws Crossed President Jennifer Angelucci.

Proceeds from the event will go right back to helping animals like these find their forever home.
