Republican candidate Marc Molinaro visits North Salem

NORTH SALEM -

Republican candidate Marc Molinaro was in North Salem today trying to gain support ahead of December’s race for governor of New York.

Attendees at the town hall asked Molinaro how he plans to inspire job creation, grow small businesses and keep people from moving out of New York.

“You can’t serve the people of New York without knowing the people of New York,” says Molinaro. “That requires anyone from behind the podium, out and actually respond to questions.”

Molinaro says if elected he will address the poor reaction time for disaster relief by holding companies accountable.

He says he will also increase access for 24-hour programs for individuals struggling with opioid addiction, and increase healthcare for women in low-income areas and protect their right to choose.
