MOUNT VERNON -

A missing Yonkers teen was reunited with her family more than two weeks after police say she was abducted by her boyfriend.

Police found Karime Guachun in Mount Vernon. Her boyfriend, Gustavo Dimas Ambrosio, is now behind bars and awaiting arraignment.

Guachun was reported missing on Aug. 7 after she didn't return home from school or work.

The teen was found Wednesday evening in a second-floor room at a house on North Seventh Avenue in Mount Vernon.

Her 17-year-old boyfriend was arrested in connection to her disappearance.

Last semester, Ambrosio was expelled from Roosevelt High School after allegedly calling in a bomb threat.

Ambrosio is charged with unlawful imprisonment. Police say he is being tried as an adult.
