Westchester companies honored for community involvement

Two of Westchester's biggest companies are getting national recognition for what they do in their communities.

Tarrytown's Regeneron and Armonk's IBM are named to this year's ‘Civic 50’ list.

Each year, the Points of Light organization recognizes the companies that show superior corporate citizenship.

Organizers say the ‘Civic 50’ is the only survey that exclusively measures corporate involvement in communities.
