WHITE PLAINS -

Today is day two of the annual White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival in Tibbits Park.

For the last 56 years, vendors have sold jewelry, artwork, wind chimes and other unique finds.

Organizers tell News 12 all of this is to raise money towards scholarships for White Plains students interested in extending their education in the arts.

More than $10,000 in scholarships are being awarded this weekend.
