The latest storm dropped several inches of snow on New Milford.
Large flakes were falling at one point, but the snow didn't seem to be causing problems on the roads, including Route 7.
The snow brought an early wake-up call for Russ Anderson, who plows for the state. He started the day at 4 a.m. and was back home several hours later, tackling his own driveway with the help of a quad.
New Milford public schools, like most in Litchfield County, were closed Wednesday. That didn't stop some people from going to Northville Elementary for some winter fun on the large hill on which the school sits.
News 12 spoke with a family who recently moved to New Milford from New York City. The father said they're not used to getting so many snow days, but he and his kids are taking advantage of them.
Some parts of western Connecticut saw just rain on Wednesday, but some areas of Litchfield County got up to 6 inches of snow.
