Investigators probe car dealership blaze

Firefighters are investigating a blaze at a Haverstraw car dealership.

Officials say the fire broke out at around 2 a.m. Monday at Nine West Auto Place on Route 9W.

As dealership workers assess the damage, they say they aren?t yet sure of how much business the fire will cost them on what's traditionally a productive Labor Day.

Gene Zuperman, the car lot owner, says people can still shop at the dealership despite the fire. None of the cars on the lot were damaged.

Three firefighters were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
