Astorino: Chalk up bad roads to Spano

The race for Westchester County executive hit the road Wednesday - literally.

Republican Rob Astorino, who's mounting a challenge against Andy Spano, says the longtime Democratic incumbent is to blame for not getting federal stimulus dollars to make commuting smoother and safer in the county.

Astorino says the county executive's failing was not having projects lined up that were "shovel ready" when stimulus money was flowing to Westchester.
