Huge haul of heroin found hidden in Hartsdale house

Police discovered a huge haul of heroin during a drug raid at a house in Hartsdale Wednesday.

Just about a week after a million dollars worth of heroin was seized from a house on Lytton Avenue, police say they made another find. Police say they found another 15 pounds of the drug in a trap door found under the carpet in a bedroom closet. They say the heroin has a street value of $5 million. Police arrested eight people in connection to the raid.

Investigators say they are still looking at whether there was more drug activity and crime at the house. They say more charges and arrests could be possible.
