Rockland rabbi goes viral for dancing in Morocco

A Rockland County rabbi went viral after video of him dancing with Muslims in Morocco was posted online.

Rabbi Daniel Coren, of Ohr Chaim Synagogue in Monsey, traveled to Morocco in May with about 100 Jewish residents of different denominations from Rockland to pray for peace in the form of dance.

The video captured their every move as they shared a dance and smiles with Muslims in the heart of Morocco. They even danced through security as they embarked toward their other destinations including Tunisia.

Coren says he would like to impart the message of peace with all groups.
