A man is recovering after apparently being run over during a fight in New Rochelle.
The incident happened in the Costco parking lot off of Weyman Avenue Thursday afternoon.
Police say a man got out of his car and tore a windshield wiper off of a minivan.
The driver of the minivan allegedly drove forward and hit the man.
The minivan driver was arrested and charged with assault.
The victim was taken to the hospital with an injured wrist and possible hip injury.
