Students hold fundraiser for Paris attack victims

Students in New Windsor held a fundraiser Thursday to help people affected by the Paris terror attacks.

Seniors who are studying French at Cornwall Central High School hosted an open mic night to raise money for the vicitms.

They also made paper lanterns and sold cookies and cupcakes.

All the money raised will go to a nonprofit called Secours Populaire.

The organization helps families who have been displaced or affected by tragedy.
