Treasury delays woman on $10 plan

You won't see a woman's face on the $10 bill until at least late 2016.

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew says the department received more than expected public feedback about the proposed currency redesign.

Previously, Lew had announced plans to choose a new face for the $10 bill by the end of the year.

Among the popular contenders are abolitionist Harriet Tubman, first lady Eleanor Roosevelt, civil rights pioneer Rosa Parks, Girl Scouts founder Juliette Gordon Low and humanitarian Helen Keller.
