Ex-Mount Vernon official guilty of corruption

Former Mount Vernon Planning Commissioner Constance Post has been convicted of corruption in Federal Court in White Plains.

Post was found guilty of steering more than $2 million in contracts and loans to her ex-boyfriend Wayne Charles. Charles was also convicted.

The pair's first conviction was overturned.

They now face up to two years in prison when they're sentenced in March.
