A Brewster man will spend the next 25 years behind bars for raping a woman.
Victor Cruz Garcia, 43, was convicted back in March for the 2013 attack on a woman.
Prosecutors say Cruz Garcia attacked the victim while her 5-year-old son watched TV in another room. After the rape, Garcia threatened to harm her and her son if she called the police.
Cruz Garcia must also register as a sex offender.
