Power restored after tree limb falls in New Rochelle

Power has been restored for dozens in New Rochelle after storms overnight Sunday into Monday knocked down trees and power lines.

A downed tree limb knocked out power for dozens in the Pine Brook Boulevard area of a New Rochelle neighborhood.

As a result, dozens of homes in the area lost electricity, but Con Edison crews were able to restore power just before 7 a.m. Monday.

Crews removed the tree and had the road opened back up by 8:30 a.m.
