Craft fair, carnival held in Riverdale

Bronx residents looking to knock some holiday shopping off their list got the chance to do so in Riverdale on Sunday.

The Riverdale Artisan Craft Fair and Old-Time Carnival took place at the Riverdale Temple.

Vendors sold various items, including jewelry, clothes and accessories.

All the goods at the craft sale were created by artisans or fair trade crafters, instead of mass-produced goods.

An old-time carnival was also held, where residents could take part in traditional games and enjoy fresh popcorn, cotton candy, hot dogs and other treats.
