A Rockland County Catholic school that the state said flunked its fire safety report is now in compliance.

Albertus Magnus is Rockland's largest Catholic high school and one of five parochial schools the state Department of Education listed as a safety fail.

It turns out that the school was in compliance with Clarkstown in November, but for some reason the state didn't get the update in time.
